The Bloods are supposedly targeting 36 females in the NYC and New Jersey areas. People are saying the bloods are planning to complete 36 murders or slashings. Not sure if this is true, but it is a crazy ass rumor. Enjoy your Halloween but keep your eyes open for anything odd.
