Queen Latifah recently dropped her new album, this was the Queens 9th album and its called Persona. Queen Latifah made statements about the current state of Hip Hop being male dominated. "Never in my career do I remember rap being so male-dominated,” Latifah said. “In videos, women are basically shown as the girl you shake the booty with. I hear she is dropping a new album after ten years out the game, and Cool and Dre are helping her with the music. The album is called The Persona not sure how true this is yet but that is the rumor. It is scheduled to drop in late July, and we are looking for it and the singles. I am glad to see Latifah the Queen of Hip Hop back doing her thing.
