Hatrs just need to stop hatin... cause at the end of the day WEEZY IS THE FUTURE OF RAP. "If hip hop is dead I am the embalming fluid (Wayne A Milli)" this quote couldnt be more true. With his style or swagger watever you wanna call it, accompined with his concepts, metaphors and orignality; Lil Wayne has created a genre, a new style of rap. He has made it ok for Dj's to use these new techo/vocie enhanced beats, Jeezy, Kanye, T.i., etc. whether you feelin them or not, they are the top selling rappers right now beacuse of there ability to spit on these new type of beats which most listeners are feelin right now. You would be stupid to believe or even say that Lil Wayne hasnt given the game a jump start, but he went beyond that; he was like "fuck it im takin the wheel". Drving the industry into a new direction. Putting food on everyones table and paper in everybodys pockets and not just rappers or Dj's... but Websites, Mixtape dealers, and major music companies, sites like Datpiff.com and Celebully.com get millions and millions of hits each and everyday (which gives them their advertisment deals) by posting up Wayne tracks, shit by just postin his name they get money. He is bringing major attention to the hiphop game again. Give him his props... coming out with more songs then any other rapper in history, let alone that they all in rotation. If you like him or not dosent really matter, cause their are millions and millions of people that do... and its funny cause those calling him a faggot and a fake... their favorite rapper's are gettin attention right now only cause some weezy fan listens to some mixtape that they on.

And just for the record Weezy dosent have to respond to any rapper's diss who's just tryin to get on top (all washed up or never were)... by him not responding back dosent make him a bitch or give people reason to not respect his flow; becasue to say that is to say that one of the greatest of all time, BIGGIE is a bitch and cant spit, Cause we all know Biggie never responded back to Pac.

By preforming at smaller venues that mainstream artists and events dont usually go to is another reason to respect the man, cause not all of us can afford to go to a Madision Square Garden and pay for a $180-$400 ticket ( and no one goes to concerts by themsleves).

Oh... and if Weezy wanna kiss his daddy, then let him kiss his daddy (no homo). Cause at the end of the end, he makin more money then all you wanna be tough dudes anyway haha!

Spalding what a fuckin joke… Pratt talkin like he got shit wit basketball leather. He anit in the NBA… He anit the owner of the company… he’s just another broke no name who’s tryin to make his way to the top, by feedin off the biggest name. One envious… ignorant dude who’s talkin about cocaine and pills… sayin that only “stripper bitches” do that shit. But if homie was up to date on our local news he would know that about 35 million americans do cocaine and the use of prescription pills as a drug has increased by 65% (and dumb little mikey… poppin pills is like a culture in the south). These drugs are in the homes of every every person: white. black. rich. poor… shit cocaine is also named the rich man’s drug of choice… so this nigga needs to stop talkin, he’s makin himself sound real stupid!
Yeah weezy didnt start the mixtape game but he def. brought major attention to it, before him nobody really bought mixtapes let alone Cd’s… everything was gettin bootlegged and still is. But Weezy opened the door for the entire mixtape community and created the interest to emerge on the streets and in the homes of the poeople. The Listeners. The Fans.
Weezy isnt only a rapper… he’s an entertainer. He’s able to draw people in, he reminds me of the greats(Dj Cool Herc, lovebug starski, grandmasterflash, etc). Hip hop when it first came out was about pleasing the crowd, the way you made poeple move and the way the art you affected poeple’s emotions. The Sugar Hill Gang didnt have crazy methapohrs or lyrical meaning/emphisis but still drew the crowd in and this is what Weezy does… but with methaphors and concepts; he’s a new breed. The Future of Rap.

Im glad you commented, i at once hated lil wayne. Tell a friend of mine forced me to listen to him. Wayne is a great mcee and has much time to prove he is the greatest. If people werent hatin on him, it would mean he wasnt doing the right things. Wayne easily stole the show at summer jam all by his self on stage.

But Biggie did respond to Tupac, a few times. Who Shot Ya... was one
