Bizarre Blue Light over Norway

It looks like a vortex, a portal, even a black hole. But no one really knows what happened over the skies of Norway. Video's are popping up all over the internet. The news blamed it on a Russian Missile test that failed. Ironically it happened on the day Obama accepted his Noble peace prize in Norway. Hmmmmmm
